How to Request Deletion

Send a request to ptarastabersamasejahtera@gmail.com or WhatsApp +62 811-2550-5453 with the subject/message “Delete My Data”, including the WhatsApp number/identity you used to contact us.

What Gets Deleted

We will delete your personal data (contact number, conversation history, and related order details) from our systems, except data we are legally required to keep (e.g. transaction/tax records).

Timeframe

Requests are processed within 30 business days of receipt and verification. We will confirm once deletion is complete.
