We may collect your name, WhatsApp/phone number, the content of messages you send, and order details when you contact us via WhatsApp, forms on this site, or email.
We use your data to respond to and serve you, send order confirmations and reminders, provide customer support, and improve our services.
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform by Meta to communicate with you; your messages are also subject to Meta/WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data.
Data is stored minimally with reasonable security measures, and only for as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except service providers that help us operate (e.g. Meta/WhatsApp) or when required by law.

We connect our own official TikTok account (e.g. @kopiarasta) to our internal system. From TikTok we only read our own account’s public profile data (display name, username, avatar, follower count, likes count, video count) and the statistics of content we published ourselves (views, likes, comments, shares).
That data is used solely for our internal marketing reporting; it is not shown publicly, not sold, and not shared with third parties. We do not collect personal data of other TikTok users. Use of TikTok data is also subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and we can revoke access at any time from our TikTok account settings.
